The Attorney General filingthe RICO lien notice, or the court for good cause shown at anytime, may releasein whole or in part any RICO lien notice or may release any specific propertyor beneficial interest from the RICO lien notice upon such terms and conditionsas he may determine. Any release of a RICO lien notice executed by the AttorneyGeneral or ordered by the court may be filed in the official records of anycounty. No charge or fee shall be imposed for the filing of any release of aRICO lien notice. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 999, s. 1; 1989, c. 489,s. 1.)
