The joint ordinance shallstate the terms relating to compensation to commissioners, if any, compensationof consultants and staff members employed by the Commission, and reimbursementof expenses incurred by commissioners, consultants, and employees. TheCommission shall be governed by these budgetary and accounting procedures asmay be specified by joint ordinance and the applicable laws of North Carolina. (1993,c. 355, s. 4.)
