§ 77‑98. Annual report.
The Commission shall submit anannual report, including any recommendations, on or before 1 October of eachyear to the Governor of North Carolina, the Environmental Review Commission ofthe General Assembly of North Carolina, the Governor of Virginia, and theGeneral Assembly of Virginia.
