§ 7A‑274.  Power ofmayors, law‑enforcement officers, etc., to issue warrants and set bailrestricted.

The power of mayors, law‑enforcement officers, and other personsnot officers of the General Court of Justice to issue arrest, search, or peacewarrants, or to set bail, is terminated in any district court district upon theestablishment of a district court therein. (1965, c. 310, s. 1.)
