§ 7A‑474.4.  Funds.

Funds to providerepresentation pursuant to this Article shall be provided to the North CarolinaState Bar for provision of direct services by and support of the establishedlegal services programs. The North Carolina State Bar shall allocate thesefunds directly to each of the established legal services programs based uponthe eligible client population in each area, with Pisgah Legal Servicesreceiving the allocation for Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, Polk, Rutherford,and Transylvania Counties; and Legal Services of Southern Piedmont receivinghalf of the allocation for Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Stanly, and UnionCounties. The North Carolina State Bar shall not use any of these funds for itsadministrative costs.  (1989, c. 795, s. 25; 2001‑424, s. 22.14(g); 2007‑323, s.30.8(i); 2008‑194, s. 3(b).)
