§ 7B‑1412.  Task Force –reports.

The Task Force shall reportannually to the Governor and General Assembly, within the first week of theconvening or reconvening of the General Assembly. The report shall contain atleast a summary of the conclusions and recommendations for each of the TaskForce's duties, as well as any other recommendations for changes to any law,rule, or policy that it has determined will promote the safety and well‑beingof children. Any recommendations of changes to law, rule, or policy shall beaccompanied by specific legislative or policy proposals and detailed fiscalnotes setting forth the costs to the State.
