If a party, subject tocompliance with an order issued pursuant to this Article, discovers additionalevidence prior to or during the hearing or decides to use additional evidence,and if the evidence is or may be subject to discovery or inspection under thisArticle, the party shall promptly notify the other party of the existence ofthe additional evidence or of the name of each additional witness.
