§ 7B‑2412. Legal effectof adjudication of delinquency.
An adjudication that ajuvenile is delinquent or commitment of a juvenile to the Department forplacement in a youth development center shall neither be considered convictionof any criminal offense nor cause the juvenile to forfeit any citizenshiprights.
