§ 7B‑2817.  (Forcontingent repeal – see note) Authority of Compact Administrator to enter intosupplementary agreements.

The Compact Administrator ishereby authorized and empowered to enter into supplementary agreements withappropriate officials of other states pursuant to the Compact. In the eventthat the supplementary agreement shall require or contemplate the use of anyinstitution or facility of this State or require or contemplate the provisionof any service by this State, the supplementary agreement shall have no forceor effect until approved by the head of the department or agency under whosejurisdiction said institution or facility is operated or whose department oragency will be charged with the rendering of the service.
