None of the provisions of thisArticle shall apply when a child is brought into or sent into, or taken out of,or sent out of the State, by the guardian of the person of such child, or by aparent, stepparent, grandparent, uncle or aunt of such child, or by a brother,sister, half brother, or half sister of such child, if such brother, sister,half brother, or half sister is 18 years of age or older.
