§ 7B‑3805. Placement ofdelinquents.
Any court having jurisdictionto place delinquent children may place such a child in an institution or inanother state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placementof Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof. (1971,c. 453, s. 2; 1998‑202, s. 6.)
