(a) The petition shallcontain the name, date of birth, address of the juvenile, the name and lastknown address of the juvenile's parent, guardian, or custodian, and allegationsof facts sufficient to invoke jurisdiction over the juvenile. A person whoseactions resulted in a conviction under G.S. 14‑27.2 or G.S. 14‑27.3and the conception of the juvenile need not be named in the petition. Thepetition may contain information on more than one juvenile when the juvenilesare from the same home and are before the court for the same reason.
