§ 8‑6.  Copies certifiedby Secretary of State or State Archivist.

Copies of the plats andcertificates of survey, or their accompanying warrants, and all abstracts ofgrants, which may be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, or in theDepartment of Cultural Resources, which copies, upon certification by theSecretary of State as to those records in his office, or the State Archivist asto those records in the Department of Cultural Resources, as true copies, shallbe as good evidence, in any court, as the original.
