Article13.

Photographs.

§ 8‑97.  Photographs assubstantive or illustrative evidence.

Any party may introduce aphotograph, video tape, motion picture, X‑ray or other photographicrepresentation as substantive evidence upon laying a proper foundation andmeeting other applicable evidentiary requirements. This section does notprohibit a party from introducing a photograph or other pictorialrepresentation solely for the purpose of illustrating the testimony of awitness. (1981, c. 451, s. 1.)
