The Commissioner may employ aDirector of Weights and Measures and such other employees as may be necessaryin carrying out the provisions of this Chapter and he may fix and regulatetheir duties. All authority vested in the Commissioner by virtue of theprovisions of this Chapter may with like force and effect, be executed by suchauthorized agents of the Commissioner as defined in this Chapter.
