The person financiallyresponsible shall provide to the person responsible for doing the excavating,the names of all underground utility owners in the area of the proposed excavation.The names of the utility owners may be obtained from the County Register ofDeeds or the Building Inspection Department of the political subdivision inwhich the excavating is taken place, if there is one.
