§87‑20.  Record of proceedings and register of applicants; reports.

The Board shall keep a recordof its proceedings and a register of all applicants for examination, showingthe date of each application, the name, age and other qualifications, place ofbusiness and residence of each applicant. The books and records of the Boardshall be prima facie evidence of the correctness of the contents thereof. On orbefore the first day of March of each year the Board shall submit to theGovernor a report of its activities for the preceding year, and file with theSecretary of State a copy of such report, together with a statement of receiptsand expenditures of the Board attested by the chairman and secretary.
