§87‑3. Members of Board to take oath.
Each member of the Boardshall, before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, take andfile with the Secretary of State an oath in writing to properly perform theduties of his office as a member of said Board and to uphold the Constitutionof North Carolina and the Constitution of the United States.
