(a) Fees. TheCommission may set a fee for certification by examination, an annual fee forcertification renewal, and a fee for temporary certification. The fee forcertification by examination may not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), theannual fee may not exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year, and thetemporary certification fee shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Awell contractor certificate is void if the well contractor fails to pay theannual fee within 30 days of the date the fee is due.
(b) Fund. The WellConstruction Fund is created as a nonreverting account within the Department.All fees collected pursuant to this Article shall be credited to the Fund. TheFund shall be used for the costs of administering this Article. (1997‑358,s. 2.)
