The Treasurer or the ExecutiveDirector shall deposit all fees payable to the Board with the State Treasurer,to be credited to the account of the Board. These funds shall be held andexpended under the supervision of the Director of the Budget. The provisions ofthe Executive Budget Act apply to this Chapter. The Board is subject to theoversight of the State Auditor under Article 5A of Chapter 147 of the GeneralStatutes. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1033, s. 1; 1993 (Reg.Sess., 1994), c. 755, s. 5.1.)
