§ 88B‑18.  (Effectiveuntil July 1, 2010) Examinations.

(a)        Repealed by SessionLaws 2006‑212, s. 2, effective August 8, 2006.

(b)        Each examinationshall have both a practical and a written portion.

(c)        Examinations forapplicants for apprentice, cosmetologist, teacher, esthetician, and manicuristlicenses shall be given in at least three locations in the State that aregeographically scattered. The examinations shall be administered in Board‑approvedfacilities.
