§89C‑6.  Compensation and expenses of Board members.

Each member of the Board, whenattending to the work of the Board or any of its committees, shall receive ascompensation for services the per diem and, in addition, shall be reimbursedfor travel expenses and incidentals not exceeding the maximum set forth by law.In addition to per diem allowances, travel and incidentals, the secretary ofthe Board may, with the approval of the Board, receive such reasonableadditional compensation as is compatible with the actual hours of work requiredby the duties of the office.
