Landscape Contractors.
§ 89D‑1. Certificaterequired.
On and after December 1, 1975,it shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association or corporation inthis State to use the title "landscape contractor," or to advertiseas such without first obtaining a certificate issued by the North CarolinaLandscape contractors' Registration Board under provisions of this Chapter.
