§89E‑22.  Misdemeanor.

Any person who shall willfullypractice publicly, or offer to practice publicly, geology for other natural orcorporate persons in this State without being licensed in accordance with theprovisions of this Chapter, or any person presenting or attempting to use ashis own the license or the seal of another, or any person who shall give anyfalse or forged evidence of any kind in obtaining a license, or any person whoshall falsely impersonate any other licensee of like or different name, or anyperson who shall attempt to use an expired or revoked license or practice atany time during a period the Board has suspended or revoked the license, or anyperson who shall violate the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of aClass 2 misdemeanor.
