A person who holds a licenseto engage in the practice of soil science on the basis of comparable licensingrequirements issued to that person by a proper authority by another state, by aterritory, or by a possession of the United States or the District of Columbia,and who, as determined by the Board, meets the requirements of this Chapterbased upon verified evidence, may, upon application, be licensed without takingan examination pursuant to G.S. 89F‑10(a)(3).
