§ 90‑109. Licensing required.

A facility for drug treatment as defined in G.S. 122C‑3(14)b.shall obtain the license required by Article 2 of Chapter 122C of the GeneralStatutes permitting operation. Subject to rules governing the operation andlicensing of these facilities set by the Commission for Mental Health,Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, the Department ofHealth and Human Services shall be responsible for issuing licenses. Theselicensing rules shall be consistent with the licensing rules adopted underArticle 2 of Chapter 122C of the General Statutes.
