§ 90‑113.36.  Credentials.

(a)        The Board shall furnish a certificate of certification orlicensure to each applicant successfully completing the requirements for his orher credential.

(b)        The Board may furnish a certificate of certification orlicensure to any person in another state or territory if the individual'squalifications were, at the date of registration, certification, or licensure,substantially equal to the requirements under this Article. However, an out‑of‑stateapplicant shall first file application and pay any required fees. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 685, s. 1; 2005‑431, s. 1.)
