§ 90‑113.39.  Standards for credentials.

The Board shall establish standards to credential substance abuseprofessionals. The credentialing standards of the International Certificationand Reciprocity Consortium/Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse, Incorporated and thestandards adopted by professional disciplines granted deemed status or theirsuccessor organizations may be used as guidelines for the Board's standards.The Board shall publish these required standards.
