The Commission shall develop training and education programs targetedfor employees of establishments where pseudoephedrine products are availablefor sale and shall approve such programs for implementation by retailers. TheCommission may also conduct employee training programs for retailestablishments. The Commission may adopt temporary and permanent rules in thisregard. (2005‑434, s. 1.)
