§ 90‑118.3. Refusal to grant renewal of license.
For nonpayment of fee or fees required by this Article, or forviolation of any of the terms or provisions of G.S. 90‑121.2, the NorthCarolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry may refuse to issue a certificateof renewal of license. (1973, c. 800, s. 10; 1981, c. 811, s. 2.)
