§ 90‑13.3.  Salaries,fees, expenses of the Board.

(a)        The compensationand expenses of the members and officers of the Board and all expenses properand necessary in the opinion of the Board to the discharge of its duties underand to enforce the laws regulating the practice of medicine or surgery shall bepaid out of the fund, upon the warrant of the Board.

(b)        The per diemcompensation of Board members shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00)per member for time spent in the performance and discharge of duties as amember. Any unexpended sum of money remaining in the treasury of the Board atthe expiration of the terms of office of the members of the Board shall be paidover to their successors in office. (2007‑346, s. 13(b).)
