§ 90‑210.104.  Authority of Board to examinefinancial records.

The Board of Funeral Service shall have authority to examine allrecords relating to a burial association's financial condition wherever suchrecords are located, including records maintained by any corporation, buildingand loan association, savings and loan association, credit union, or otherlegal entity organized and operating pursuant to the authority contained inChapters 53 and 54 of the General Statutes.
