(a) Students who are enrolled in duly accredited mortuaryscience colleges in North Carolina may engage in the practices defined in thisArticle if the practices are part of their academic training and if thepractices are under the supervision of a licensed instructor of mortuaryscience or a licensee designated by the mortuary science college uponregistration with the Board.
