§ 90‑210.92.  Removal of secretary‑treasurerfor failure to maintain proper records.

Any burial association secretary‑treasurer who fails to maintainrecords to the minimum standards required by the Board of Funeral Service shallbe by such Board removed from office and another elected in his stead, suchelection to be immediate and by the board of directors of said burialassociation upon notice of such removal.
