§ 90‑251. Licensee allowing unlicensed personto use his certificate or license.
Each licensee licensed under the provisions of this Article who shallrent, loan or allow the use of his registration certificate or license to anunlicensed person for any unlawful use shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
