No person shall distribute, sell, exchange or deliver, or have in hispossession with intent to distribute, sell, exchange or deliver any eyeglassframe or sunglass frame which contains any form of cellulose nitrate or otherhighly flammable materials. Any person violating the provisions of this sectionshall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. (1971, c. 239, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 645; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s.14(c).)
