§ 90‑42. Restoration of revoked license.
Whenever any dentist has been deprived of his license, the NorthCarolina State Board of Dental Examiners, in its discretion, may restore saidlicense upon due notice being given and hearing had, and satisfactory evidenceproduced of proper reformation of the licentiate, before restoration.
