§ 90‑505. Requirements for persons licensed out‑of‑state.

An applicant who is currently certified by the Employee AssistanceCertification Commission or licensed in another state and who:

(1)        Is in good standing in another state;

(2)        Meets the licensure requirements approved by the Board;

(3)        Resides in this State, or resides outside the State and isemployed by a service operating in this State; and

(4)        Submits an application with a fee in an amount establishedby the Board

iseligible to apply for a license under this Article. (1995 (Reg. Sess., 1996), c. 720, s. 1.)
