(a) All fees payable to the Board shall be deposited in the nameof the Board in financial institutions designated by the Board as officialdepositories and shall be used to pay all expenses incurred in carrying out thepurposes of this Article.
(b) The Board may accept grants, contributions, bequests, andgifts that shall be kept in a separate fund and shall be used by it to enhancethe practice of athletic trainers. (1997‑387, s. 1.)
