§ 90‑651.  Electionof officers; meetings of the Board.

(a)        The Board shall elect a chair and a vice‑chair whoshall hold office according to rules adopted pursuant to this Article, exceptthat all officers shall be elected annually by the Board for one‑yearterms and shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified.

(b)        The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each yearas provided by rules adopted pursuant to this Article. The Board may holdadditional meetings upon the call of the chair or any two Board members. Amajority of the Board membership shall constitute a quorum. (2000‑162, s. 1.)
