§ 90‑85.26A. Clinical pharmacist practitioners subcommittee.

The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy shall appoint and maintain asubcommittee of the Board consisting of four licensed pharmacists to workjointly with the subcommittee of the North Carolina Medical Board to developrules to govern the provision of drug therapy management by clinical pharmacistpractitioners and to determine reasonable fees to accompany an application forapproval or renewal of such approval as provided in G.S. 90‑6. The rulesdeveloped by this subcommittee shall govern the performance of acts by clinicalpharmacist practitioners and shall become effective when they have been adoptedby both Boards. (1999‑290, s.6.)
