§ 90C‑25. ExecutiveDirector.
The Executive Director shalldeposit all fees payable to the Board in financial institutions designated bythe Board as official depositories. The funds shall be deposited in the name ofthe Board and shall be used to pay all expenses incurred by the Board incarrying out the purposes of this Chapter.
