§93A‑26. Disciplinary action against licensee.
Nothing contained in thisArticle shall limit the authority of the Commission to take disciplinary actionagainst any licensee under this Chapter, nor shall the repayment in full of allobligations to the fund by any licensee nullify or modify the effect of anyother disciplinary proceeding brought under this Chapter.
