§95‑110.12.  Legal representation.

It shall be the duty of theAttorney General of North Carolina, when requested, to represent the Departmentof Labor in actions or proceedings in connection with this Article or the rulesand regulations promulgated thereunder. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c.990, s. 1.)
