§95‑111.17.  Confidentiality of trade secrets.

All information reported to orotherwise obtained by the Commissioner or his agents or representatives inconnection with any inspection or proceeding under this Article or the rulesand regulations promulgated thereunder which contains or might reveal a tradesecret shall be considered confidential, except as to carrying out this Articleand the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder or when it is relevant inany proceeding under the same. In any such proceeding the Commissioner or theCourt shall issue such orders as may be appropriate to protect theconfidentiality of trade secrets. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c.990, s. 2.)
