No person shall operate forthe public or permit the operation for the public any device subject to theprovisions of this Article after initial assembly or after reassembly at anylocation within this State without first notifying the Commissioner of theintention to operate for the public. Written notice of a planned schedule ofoperation or use shall be received at least 10 days prior to the first planneddate of operation or use. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 990, s. 2; 2003‑170,s. 3.)
