§95‑25.21.  Illegal acts.

(a)        It shall beunlawful for any person to interfere unduly with, hinder, or delay theCommissioner or any authorized representative in the performance of officialduties or refuse to give the Commissioner or his authorized representative anyinformation required for the enforcement of this Article.

(b)        It shall beunlawful for any person to make any statement or report, or keep or file anyrecord pursuant to this Article or regulations issued thereunder, knowing suchstatement, report, or record to be false in a material respect.

(c)        Any person whoviolates this section shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. (1937,c. 409, ss. 6, 8; 1979, c. 839, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 661; 1994, Ex. Sess., c.24, s. 14(c).)
