§ 95‑266.  Permanentcivil no‑contact order.

Upon a finding that theemployee has suffered unlawful conduct committed by the respondent, a permanentcivil no‑contact order may issue if the court additionally finds thatprocess was properly served on the respondent, the respondent has answered thecomplaint and notice of hearing was given, or the respondent is in default. Nopermanent civil no‑contact order shall be issued without notice to therespondent. (2004‑165,s. 1.)
