§95‑47.28.  Prohibited job listings.

A job listing service shallnot publish information about a position of employment with an employer thatthe job listing service knows or has reason to know:

(1)        Has included falseinformation in the job order; or

(2)        Has a strike orlockout at its business, unless the applicant is so informed in thepublication; or

(3)        Is engaging inunlawful or immoral activity; or

(4)        Is in financial orother difficulty likely to lead to imminent cessation of operation, unless theapplicant is so informed in the publication; or

(5)        Is an employer inwhich the job listing service or any owner of the job listing service has afinancial interest greater than ten percent (10%), unless the applicant is soinformed in the publication. (1979, c. 780, s. 2.)
