There is established a BoilerSafety Bureau within the Department of Labor. The Commissioner shall appoint aChief Inspector of the Boiler Safety Bureau and any other employees that theCommissioner deems necessary to assist the Chief Inspector in administering theprovisions of this Article and the rules adopted under this Article.
